Nüvo You is proud to announce our Medical Weight Loss program! The program features compounded versions of Semaglutide (name brands Wegovy or Ozempic) or Tirzepatide (Mounjaro), medications recently FDA-Approved for weight loss. Published studies support both the weight loss and safety of this medications.
Small injections are done weekly into your stomach, with insulin-size needles and syringes. We provide the vial to you as well as the supplies (syringes, needles, alcohol wipes). The program includes monthly consultations, and your initial consultation can be done in person or virtually!
In order to safely use the medication, BMI must be over 27. Program not suitable for those who are pregnant/possibly pregnant. The most common side effects are mild and include GI (cramps, nausea, diarrhea) and fatigue. Make sure to tell your provider about any medications you take. Our typical goal for a patient would be 15% decrease in weight (e.g., 30lbs for a 200lb person).
For Semaglutide, the initial program fee is $469 and includes one 5mg vial of medication (8-10 week supply), consultation, and injection supplies.
