Our new Infrared Sauna is a great way to Feel Brand Nü!

Less heat than a traditional sauna, but the infrared light helps to penetrate tissues deeper. Possible benefits of a sauna session include:

 - Relief from joint & muscle pain

 - Improved skin, circulation

 - Relaxation

 - Improved sleep

 - Detoxification

 - Burns calories

Who should not use: History of cardiovascular disease, recent/current alcohol or drug use, sensitivity to heat, pregnancy. Individuals with chronic medical issues or age over 70 should also be cautious.

Pricing:

30 minute session: $45

Package of 5 30 minute sessions: $225 ($45/session)

Package of 10 30 minute sessions: $400 ($40/session)

Please bring your own towel! We also have towels available for purchase for $5.
